Plans and credits

The three plans

1. Free, $0: 500 credits, once, and one project.
2. Pro, $69 a month or $59 a month billed yearly ($708 a year): 4,000 credits a month and unlimited projects.
3. Your own key, $29 a month or $23 a month billed yearly ($276 a year): 500 credits a month, unlimited projects, and your own AI key pays for the team's work. The credits cover keyword look-ups past your allowance and anything the key can't.

All seven specialists are on every plan. Yearly plans are billed up front, and credits still arrive month by month.

What a credit is

A credit is the unit your team's work is measured in. Typical jobs:

1. A chat reply: about 15
2. A copy change: about 40
3. A colour change: about 30
4. A new section: about 60
5. A whole page: about 90
6. A full layout: about 250
7. An afternoon of site changes, such as descriptions and photos for 42 products: about 530
8. A homepage concept with research: 250 to 1,500

On Pro, 4,000 credits is roughly 40 to 50 pages of work a month, or a few hundred chat turns and changes.

Running low

Monthly credits refresh each month. When you have 20% left, the thread tells you and Upgrade stands out. On every plan, Free included, the team finish the step they are on if you run out, up to 200 credits below zero, so nothing is left half-changed. That comes off the next month, top-up or upgrade.

Extra credit packs

On Pro and Your own key, you can buy packs from the Plan page, charged at once to the card on file. Pack credits never expire and are used after the month's credits. A Free account can buy one 1,000-credit pack, once, to carry on while it decides.

1. 1,000 credits for $15 ($15 per 1,000)
2. 5,000 credits for $65 ($13 per 1,000)
3. 15,000 credits for $180 ($12 per 1,000)

Included limits

Weekly rankings, site audits and keyword look-ups come with each plan. Free tracks 20 keywords, Pro 500 and Your own key 200. Past the look-up allowance, each look-up spends a few credits. Past any other limit, the work stops with a plain message and an upgrade prompt, never a surprise charge.

Changing or cancelling

Upgrades take effect at once and are prorated. Downgrades and cancellations happen at the end of the period you have paid for, and you can undo them until then. Invoices are in the app. If a payment fails, credits keep arriving for 7 days.
