Your team

Seven specialists work together across all your projects, so one person can take on a studio's worth of work.

Who does what

  1. Apollo, project manager: plans projects, briefs the others and keeps the work moving.
  2. Iris, design: layouts, brand and visual work.
  3. Forge, development: builds and changes your sites and code.
  4. Scout, SEO: keywords, rankings, audits and reports.
  5. Quill, content: pages, posts and copy in your client's voice.
  6. Warden, care: uptime, updates, speed and broken links.
  7. Echo, support: sorts your clients' support requests, fixes the simple ones and drafts replies for the rest.

Talk to Apollo and the right people join in. Or open Team and message a specialist directly.

Rename a specialist

  1. Open Team.
  2. Select the specialist you want to change.
  3. Change their name and save.

Set a shift

Each specialist works around the clock by default. You can give anyone office hours (Monday to Friday, 09:00 to 17:30) or a custom set of days and times, in UK time.

Off shift, a specialist does not start work by themselves: autopilot, support and scheduled jobs wait until the shift begins. Anything you ask for still happens straight away.

  1. On the team: switch off and Apollo stops handing them work.
  2. Shift: around the clock, office hours or custom days and times.
  3. Name: change it here.
  4. Instructions: how they should do their job, read at the start of every job.
  5. Save, and the change applies.

Standing instructions

Each specialist has an instructions box for how they should do their job. Put house rules that apply to everyone in the Playbook, where the whole team follows them.

Take someone off the team

Switch a specialist off and Apollo stops handing them work. Turn them back on whenever you like.
